A Lawrence High School employee was arrested and charged Tuesday after he allegedly touched a student in an inappropriate manner, the Nassau County Police Department said.
About 1 p.m., the student reported to an administrator at the Cedarhurst high school after "being inappropriately touched by a school employee," the police said in a news release.
Police investigated the allegation and charged Constantine Theodosiou, 59, of Cedarhurst, with forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree sexual abuse, according to the release. Theodosiou is set for arraignment Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
