FIRST: Howling Wind projects as the speed of the speed with heads-up handling. Munnings Express is rested and training sharply for Linda Rice. Sunshine Lily bounced last out after hard-fought win in prior.
SECOND: Choppin Brockley owns speed and could take forward step with return to dirt. Wayward Queen drops and moves to main track; price will be tempting. Starship Lizzy adds blinkers after displaying improved speed in last; worth long look.
THIRD: Fiddling Felix should pack intensified wallop with turnback to 7 furlongs. New York Scrappy is quick from gate and adds blinkers; must consider. Free Spin was second to a repeat winner in last; right in the thick of this.
FOURTH: Oversubscribed is a Chad Brown-trained runner that is rested and working with a purpose; classic profile. Malleymoo, also from Brown stable, consistently fires solid efforts. Spinning Colors is speedy and could prove very tough to collar on a soft lead.
FIFTH: Credit History was compromised by front-end duel in last; softer flow predicted. Ottinho, from a dam that has thrown four winners, debuts for Chad Brown; could be the goods. Fightforallegiance was a non-stressful fourth in first start; don't ignore.
SIXTH: Where's Your Boom tallied fast final fraction when a clear-cut second in debut; more to come. Grumblyrumhogan took backward step in last after sharp third in debut; rebound threat. The Obliterator could be in the garden spot if pace meltdown ensues.
SEVENTH: Salming has trained swiftly since fast-figured maiden win at Laurel last time; takes another. Mike's Magic is fleet-footed and could prove tough on an unchallenged lead. Shadow Surge tallied fast figures in last two outings; likely underlay.
EIGHTH: Fast Market tallied swift late-pace figure when a game second in last; more to give. Peak Hype has won two of last three; very playable. It Ain't Two exits sprints and could make the early lead with heads-up handling.
NINTH: Grand Commander sheds the blinkers and should improve in second start since six-month absence. Apalta drops and makes third start of form cycle; dangerous. Down the Line made menacing middle move in last; price will be tempting. Thorsness, an uncoupled barn mate of second selection, gets class relief and moves to dirt; must be factored into the mix.
