Christopher Tobin, of East Northport, assistant superintendent of the Garden City Park Water District, has been elected 2nd vice chairman of the board of directors of the Long Island Water Conference in Melville.

Theresa Black, of Bethpage, commissioner of the Bethpage Water District, has been elected secretary of the board of directors of the Long Island Water Conference in Melville.

Stephen L. Brodsky, of East Meadow, has been hired as a partner at Warshaw Burstein in Manhattan. Brodsky was a partner at Mazzola Lindstrom in Manhattan.

Corinne Hammons, of East Setauket, president and chief executive  of Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York in Wading River, has been elected chair of the board of directors of Health & Welfare Council of Long Island in Huntington Station.

Brendan J. Warner, of Brightwaters, director of construction and maintenance at the Suffolk County Water Authority in Oakdale, has been elected chairman of the board of directors of the Long Island Water Conference in Melville.

Kevin Reilly, of Centerport, superintendent of the Massapequa Water District has been elected vice chairman of the board of directors of the Long Island Water Conference in Melville.

Ryan Pirbaksh, of Queens Village, Queens, has been hired as a staff engineer at H2M architects + engineers in Melville. Pirbaksh was an operations manager at Manhasset Cinemas in Manhasset.

Jennine B. Cullen, of St. James, a partner at Taylor, Eldridge & Endres in Smithtown, has been elected to the board of directors of CAI-Long Island in Commack.

Marjorie Coello, of Bellmore, has been hired as a bilingual social worker at Adelphi NY Statewide Breast Cancer Hotline & Support Program in Garden City. Coello was a private practice therapist at Long Island Counseling Services in East Meadow.

Charles Carollo, of Lynbrook has been hired as assistant superintendent for finance and management in the Franklin Square Union Free School District. Carollo was assistant superintendent for business in the Hewlett-Woodmere Public School District.
