Hill, 39, of West Hempstead, is a registered Republican. He is running on the Republican and Conservative party lines in the general election. He is a lifelong resident of West Hempstead and a business analyst and project manager.
He is an active community leader and volunteer and has led initiatives in West Hempstead to clean up Halls Pond, close the Capri Motor Inn and have a traffic light installed at a dangerous intersection at Woodfield Road and Lindberg Street/Linden Street.
He is a member of Young Israel of West Hempstead.

Hill said he wants to hold the line on taxes and make Nassau County more affordable.
He wants to educate people about antisemitism and all forms of hate, increase penalties for hate crimes and boost police presence outside houses of worship.
Hill said he wants to work with the community to identify roads that need to be repaved and parks that need to be improved.
