Serious crash closes roads in Moriches

A serious motorcycle crash has closed roads in Moriches on Tuesday, police said.
The crash was reported at 12:42 p.m. in an area of Montauk Highway between James Hawkins Road and Moriches-Middle Island Road.
It was not immediately clear if other vehicles were involved.
The crash scene is just west of Center Moriches High School and the Moriches Bypass.
Additional details were not immediately available.
