Watch: NYPD releases video of moments after ICE shooting in NYC

A bloodied, handcuffed immigrant who had just been shot by an ICE agent Thursday was carried by two NYPD officers into a police car and driven to the hospital, according to body-camera footage released Friday.

The footage shows how the officers picked up the immigrant, Oscar Belgal, as dispatchers bickered on the radio about rushing an ambulance to the shooting scene. It was released less than 24 hours after the shooting occurred in the Marble Hill neighborhood of Manhattan.

"Put pressure! Put pressure!" one of the officers says to his partner, who was in the rear of the vehicle as Belgal, who was hit  in the neck, lay prone in the back of the car.

A dispatcher asks, "Is the person likely, not likely?" police jargon for whether a person is likely to die.

"Likely," one of the officers responds before the other interrupts, "unknown! unknown!" Someone on the radio says that the man is "still breathing and conscious."

Less than two minutes later, the officers arrived at a hospital and carry him inside an emergency room.

When the officers came upon the scene, ICE agents had surrounded the immigrant, who sat slumped in the street, his head tilted to the side. One of the ICE agents was wearing a construction vest and carrying a long gun, a fact one of the NYPD officers notes to his partner just before getting out of the car.

"ICE just shot somebody!" a bystander shouted. "We got ICE shooting at people? Get the — out of here!" another said.
