A second person was arrested by the NYPD on Wednesday over a pop-up snowball fight last month in Washington Square Park in which hand-pressed or rolled mass of snow struck cops who were policing the crowd.

After an investigation by NYPD detectives, the latest arrest was 18-year-old Eric Wilson Jr., of Harlem, who is charged with harassment and obstructing government administration. His specific conduct was not disclosed.

Another participant in the snowball fight — videos of which went viral showing officers walking through a gauntlet of tossed snowballs — was arrested last month. He is Gusmane Coulibaly, 27, of the Bronx.

Video shows some participants, though not most, throwing snowballs at the officers, and at least one officer hurling a participant to the ground.

Two officers stuck in the snow fusillade sustained cuts to their faces and were recovering at home, according to the NYPD.
