SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
EX-JETS
Sam Darnold, QB (2018-20): The Jets traded up to draft Darnold third overall in 2018 and dealt him to Carolina in 2021. The Jets had the No. 2 pick that year and took Zach Wilson. Darnold has won 30 games the past two seasons — playoffs included — with Minnesota and Seattle, which is four more than the Jets have in the five years since he was traded.
Jason Myers, K (2018): He spent one season with the Jets and made the Pro Bowl in 2018. The Jets chose not to re-sign him in free agency.
Leonard Williams, DT (2015-19): The No. 6 pick in 2015, Williams made one Pro Bowl with the Jets before they dealt him to the Giants during the 2019 season. Williams had 22 1/2 sacks in 61 games (53 starts) for the Giants, who traded him to Seattle in 2023. He’s made the Pro Bowl the past two seasons for Seattle.
Chazz Surratt, LB (2022-24): He played 32 games with the Jets over three seasons. Surratt is on injured reserve (ankle).
EX-GIANTS
Drew Lock, QB (2024): Lock played eight games for the Giants in 2024, with five starts. In his final home start, he threw for 309 yards and four touchdowns on 17-for-23 passing with a rushing touchdown to snap the Giants’ 10-game losing streak.
Julian Love, S (2019-22): Love was a Giants’ fourth-round pick in 2019 but left for the Seahawks as a free agent after becoming a full-time starter in 2022. Since then, Love has eight interceptions and four forced fumbles in three seasons.
Shane Lemieux, G (2020-23): Lemieux played 12 games as a rookie fifth-round pick in 2020 but injuries limited him to just six games the next three seasons with the Giants. He’s on the Seahawks’ practice squad.
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
EX-JETS
Morgan Moses, RT (2021, 2024): He started 30 games with the Jets over two stints with the team, including last season when he was voted their “Most Inspirational Player.”
Leonard Taylor III, DL (2024-25): He showed promise as an undrafted rookie in 2024, but the Jets released Taylor midway through this season. He blocked Broncos kicker Will Lutz’s tying field-goal attempt in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s AFC Championship Game.
EX-GIANTS
Tommy DeVito, QB (2023-24): DeVito didn’t play this season as the Patriots’ third-string quarterback, but there will be some Giants fans wishing him well. DeVito’s three-game winning streak in 2023 is still fondly remembered.
Cory Durden, DE (2024): Durden played four games after the Giants signed him off the Rams’ practice squad. He was waived this past summer in training camp. He has appeared in every game for the Patriots this season.
