Gridiron Greats for Week 5 in Long Island high school football

ANTHONY ASARO, Garden City: He had a 37-yard touchdown run and a 25-yard interception return in a 44-7 win over previously unbeaten Mepham.
PATRICK COAN, Sayville: He completed 11 of 20 passes for 190 yards and a TD and had 21 carries for 106 yards and three TDs in a 30-21 win over Smithtown West.
GJ COOK, Glenn: He had 103 receiving yards and a TD, plus eight tackles, a sack, a forced fumble and an INT in a 23-0 win over Hampton Bays.
CAMRYN HARDY, Miller Place: He had 17 carries for 233 yards and three TDs and ran for a two-point conversion in a 38-14 over SWR.
AJ IERARDI, East Islip: He completed six of 10 passes for 201 yards and three TDs and ran for a score in a 37-35 road win over North Babylon.
LUKE LOIACONO, Northport: He blocked a first-quarter field goal attempt and returned it 60 yards before punching in a 3-yard TD to key a 21-7 win over Newfield. Loiacono also caught a 25-yard TD pass.
JAKE MIKOCHIK, Centereach: He took 31 carries for 201 yards and a TD in a 20-0 win over West Babylon. He added a 13-yard passing TD.
SETH MONTGOMERY, Hempstead: The sophomore QB passed for 143 yards and two scores and rushed for 116 yards and two TDS in a 48-26 loss to Farmingdale.
LIAM O'CONNOR, Hauppauge: He had 27 carries for 296 yards and two TDs in a 49-38 win over Half Hollow Hills West. He added 10 tackles and an INT.
DANIEL PAOLELLA, Mount Sinai: He had seven receptions for 189 yards and two scores and a 53-yard rushing TD in a 31-6 win over Kings Park.
CRIS PERALTA, Brentwood: He took 39 carries for 273 yards, two TDs and two two-point runs in a 34-21 win over Sachem East. He added three receptions for 31 yards and a score. He also added 10 tackles and a fumble recovery.
LINCOLN RIGGS, Commack: He completed 26 of 33 passes for 327 yards and 4 TDs in Commack's 36-29 win over Copiague.
JAKE RIVERA, Floyd: He had four sacks and eight tackles in a 27-7 win over Lindenhurst.
MERIT RUCKH, Garden City: He had a 48-yard TD run and a leaping 33-yard TD catch in a 44-7 win over Mepham.
CHASE SAMELSON, Lynbrook: He completed eight of 13 passes for 219 yards and two TDs and rushed for 139 yards and a score on seven carries in a 41-14 win over Island Trees.
ANTHONY SCALI, Bellmore JFK: He carried the ball 11 times for 202 yards and four TDs in a 33-14 win over Roosevelt.
JOVENS THEODATE, Farmingdale: He had 12 carries for 191 yards and five TDs in a 48-26 win over Hempstead. He added three catches for 21 yards.
