PSAL football rankings after Week 3's games

Large School Rankings
1. Eagle Academy II (Brooklyn) (1): The Eagles defeated Wagner, 36-6. Anthony Caratelli threw four touchdown passes, and CJ McCracken caught two of them.
2. Erasmus Hall (2): The Dutchmen bounced back with a 35-7 victory over Brooklyn Tech. Tommy Zeh returned to action at quarterback and threw for 117 yards and one touchdown.
3. Curtis (3): Curtis cruised past Fort Hamilton, 42-6. Its pressure was too much to handle, as Curtis recorded six sacks, three of them by Armani Kamara.
4. Tottenville (4): The Pirates keep rolling. They defeated South Shore 35-0 behind a breakout game from first-year quarterback Donato D’Amelio. He rushed six times for 160 yards and three scores.
5. Kennedy (6): The Knights took down Lincoln, 28-21, avenging their quarterfinal loss last season. Amadou Samake had 202 yards on the ground, leading a unit that rushed for 406 yards in the victory.
6. Lincoln (5): The Railsplitters fell to Kennedy, 28-21. Lincoln had a 21-14 lead at the half. Mikey Misla threw for 172 yards and a score in the defeat.
7. New Utrecht (7): The Utes took down Newtown, 39-0. Kenneth Shaw rushed for 101 yards and a score. Six different players scored touchdowns.
8. Fort Hamilton (8): The Tigers fell to Curtis, 42-6. A young group fell behind 28-0 at the half. Aidan Porter had a pair of interceptions for the Tigers.
9. Randolph (9): The Cougars fell to Section I power Harrison, 21-0.
10. Stuyvesant (10): The Peglegs were on a bye. They return to action with a big matchup against Madison.
On the cusp: Eagle Academy III (Queens), Sheepshead Bay, Madison, Wagner, Port Richmond.
Small School Rankings
1. William C. Bryant (1): The defending 2A champions kept the momentum flowing in a 30-0 win over Flushing. Jayden Suero threw for 154 yards and two touchdowns.
2. Transit Tech (2): The Express defense stepped up, shutting out KIPP 8-0. Sharod Griffin had eight tackles, including two for loss.
3. McKee/Staten Island Tech (4): The Seagulls continue to win, defeating Far Rockaway 21-6. Dominick Perez had 79 rushing yards and one score.
4. August Martin (10): A memorable win over defending 1A champion Petrides, 20-14. Lebron Fisher had two interceptions, including a 57-yard pick-6 to close out the victory.
5. Beach Channel (7): The Dolphins’ defense remains lockdown. Beach Channel won 16-0 over Jamaica. It faces Transit Tech in a top-five small-school showdown on Sunday.
6. Petrides (5): The Panthers suffered their first league loss since 2024 in a 20-14 defeat to August Martin. Petrides hosts Alfred E. Smith this Friday.
7. Springfield Gardens (NR): After a brief stint outside of the rankings, Springfield Gardens is back thanks to a 28-6 win over Boys and Girls. Berdely Elie and David Offiah were the difference in the trenches.
8. KIPP NYC (8): KIPP went toe-to-toe with Transit Tech, falling 8-0. Its defense has allowed only 14 points in three games so far.
9. Boys and Girls (3): The Kangaroos slide down after falling 28-6 to Springfield Gardens. The good news is Daveion Brown, a transfer from Maryland, had a 75-yard touchdown run and is one of the most talented players in 2A.
10. Campus Magnet (NR): The Bulldogs advanced to 2-0 after taking down East Harlem Pride, 14-12.
