Join instructor Debbie Krzyminski for this 6-session chair-based exercise program which covers strength training, balance, aerobics and flexibility. Ropes and balls used for training will be provided; if you feel comfortable using your own free weights, please bring them. Please bring a bottle of water and wear clothing that you can comfortably move in. A non-refundable fee of $23 is due at registration.

Summer Kickoff Jam with Shakedown Citi
Join us as we kick off summer with an outdoor concert on our lawn. Enjoy sunset views by the water while listening to the incredible musical stylings of Shakedown Citi. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to set up your spot. Pack a picnic or take advantage of our food trucks. Peruse our jam band vendors that will be set up for shopping throughout the evening.
