Krommidas, 29, of Baldwin was reported missing in April. He was last seen around 9 p.m. on April 23 and was reported missing the next day. Democratic officials had sought to replace him on the ballot, but a state Supreme Court justice ruled in September that his name was to remain on the ballot.
