• Bogle, 68, of Valley Stream, is a registered Republican and is running on the Democratic, Republican and Conservative party lines in the general election.
• He is running unopposed.
• Since 2016, he has been a Nassau County Court judge, an acting Supreme Court justice and a supervising judge of all the Nassau County village courts.
• Bogle was a Valley Stream Village justice from 1986 to 2015.
• Bogle graduated in 1979 from upstate Niagara University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and in 1982 from Hofstra University Law School in Hempstead. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1983, to both the Eastern District and Southern District of New York Federal Court in 1984 and to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1992.
