The property is surrounded by the Laurel Lake Preserve: 500 acres of protected land. There are private trails on the property that lead to the hiking paths of the preserve, said listing agent Scott Bennett, of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

The home features six bedrooms, five bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. It is located on Laurel Lake Drive, within the Mattituck Cutchogue Union Free School District.
