Another small Selden home has hit the market. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom is listed for $379,000 and has annual taxes of $3,346.

The home spans 504 square feet. Built in 1945, it was recently renovated, said listing agent Margaret "Rita" Tsoukaris, of Team Rita with Realty Connect USA.

That includes roof and septic tank updates in 2021, new electric in 2024 and the flooring, kitchen, appliances and bathroom, which were revamped last year.

"Everything is totally redone and it's ready to be moved into," Tsoukaris said.

There is a 17-by-18-foot deck in the backyard, along with a shed, she added. The house, on Daisy Place, also features cathedral ceilings and a full, unfinished basement. It sits on a 0.23-acre lot in the Middle Country Central School District.

"It's cute and it's quaint," the agent said.

As tiny homes (or houses that total 500 square feet or less) have hit the market all over Suffolk County since last month, Tsoukaris sees it as more of a coincidence than a market indicator.

"More than the average have been popping up, but they're selling quickly," she said.
