BACKGROUND

  • Black-Kelly, 65, of Huntington, is a registered Conservative and is running on the Democratic, Republican and Conservative party lines in the general election.
  • She has been a judge for the Suffolk County District Court, 3rd District, Town of Huntington, since 2023.
  • Black-Kelly was a counsel to the Public Administrator of Suffolk County from 2019 to 2022.
  • In addition, from 1990 to 2022, she was an attorney in private practice and partner at the Law Offices of Black and Black PLLC in Huntington.
  • Black-Kelly earned her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1985. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1986.
