Following their 15th loss in 17 games Sunday night, the Mets shuffled up their outfielder mix.

The team signed Austin Slater and designated Tommy Pham for assignment, a source confirmed.

Slater, a 33-year-old righty who spent time with the Yankees last season, batted .174 (4-for-23) in 12 games with the Marlins this season. He was designated for assignment by Miami on Wednesday. He has a career .247/.335/.381 slash line in 10 seasons.

Pham, in his second stint with the Mets, went 0-for-13 with seven strikeouts in nine games.
